Place is older in a bit of repair like no charging outlets in the room nor phones. You got to rely on yourself to get up. So like me if your cell phone has a problem, you can't rely on nobody to give you a ring. Wake you up like old school but the rooms were clean. The water was great and the guys at the front desk were excessively helpful. Nice chaps The only thing I could say negative was that the people that were in the rooms by me were very loud up till midnight although it was a Saturday
I have stopped at Britannia hotels for years. I am aware of their budget status and have no complaints based on what I pay. Airport Inn Manchester was well above what have experienced from them over the years at other hotels. The room was clean and very well provided with clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was a kettle with drinks making supplies. There was a drinks machine complete with pods. The restaurant was full so we couldn't get a table. We chose to eat in the bar which again was clean and tidy. The food was well cooked and presented. We didn't hear any plane noise from our room, which others reviewers have mentioned. Overall an excellent stay. I have judged the hotel against the price I paid for this stay
Room was fine but oddly set up with bed very close to the wall on one side. Kettle under the TV so also awkward to use. Mattress very firm and pillows like rocks so didn't sleep too well. Everything clean but a bit dated. Very good breakfast, limited choice in bar food or more expensive restaurant for the evening meal. Lemon infused water freely available was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location for the airport.
We have no complaints at all. The hotel was inexpensive, very convenient, clean, warm and just what we needed for a place to sleep when we were over from Belfast for a wedding nearby. Yes the hotel is dated and the rooms are small. But neither of those things mattered to us.
Lovely stop. Restaurant was lovely and cooked veg to go with my lasagne because I don’t eat salad. Parking in the longterm car park is difficult as spaces aren’t allocated and the carpark is very poorly lit. Surface isn’t great either.
Great hotel, however the parking register needs to be clearer, we booked for 2 nights in August 2025, was told to book our registration number in the pad, it was never explained that you had to re input whenever you went out!! We are currently in a battle with the parking people , who want to charge us another £130 on top of the £195 we paid to stay at the hotel!! We have sent them proof of our stay , but they insist we pay! Awaiting this to go to county court, so we have stayed here a few times , never had a problem with the parking, however , we will not stay here again if we are forced to hand over £300+ to a county court!!!
Perfect location for the airport, one night stay then left the car for 28 days. Cost was less then just paying for other parking companies without accommodation. Staff were great, bar prices were cheaper then I thought they'd be. Food was really good and again well priced. Room was very clean. No complaints from us and will definitely use again. Thank you
An excellent place for an overnight stay if you have an early flight from Manchester Airport. Reasonable value, local to Airport, good transport links and a safe venue for leaving a vehicle. We have used it several times without problems.
